Costs and lead time
A custom-built exhibition stand starts at around €15,000 net at EXFAIR. Typical ranges: 20–50 m² €15,000–35,000, 50–100 m² €35,000–80,000, 100–200 m² €80,000–180,000 – €600–1,000 per m², more with double-deck structures, full glazing or extensive media technology. Lead time: at least 16 weeks before the fair, ideally 20–24 weeks, because design, stand approval and workshop production take time. We also store custom builds and redeploy them at subsequent fairs.
