Costs and lead time
An EXFAIR system stand starts at around €3,500 net for 9–12 sqm including design, graphics, transport, assembly and dismantling. 30 sqm cost €9,000–13,500, 50 sqm €15,000–22,500 – on average €300–450 per sqm. If you buy the stand and reuse it, from the second show you only pay logistics, assembly and, if needed, new graphics. Lead time: at least 8 weeks before the fair opens, ideally 10–12 weeks. You receive a quote with 3D visualisation within 5–30 working days.
Who system stands are right for
Companies that exhibit several times a year, whose stand size changes from fair to fair, or that still need a stand at short notice (under eight weeks).
