EuroBLECH is a leading international trade fair for sheet metal working technology in Hanover. Every two years, leading manufacturers from around the world present machinery, tools and solutions for the entire sheet metal working process chain. Technical expertise has to be visible – your stand is the first and often decisive statement about your company. EXFAIR plans and builds exhibition stands at EuroBLECH in Hanover: from compact system stands to fully custom builds, with full service from planning to dismantling – on time and on budget.
Zweijährlich
EuroBLECH 2026 takes place from 20–23 October 2026 at Deutsche Messe Hannover (392,500 m² of hall space, 58,000 m² of open-air grounds, one of the largest exhibition centres in the world). Getting there and logistics: Messegelände, 30521 Hannover. ICE stop Hannover Messe/Laatzen right at the grounds. S-Bahn lines S4/S6. Hannover Airport 25 km. A2/A7 motorways, exit Hannover-Messe/Laatzen. Large car parks on the grounds. Our workshop in Villingen-Schwenningen is around 620 km from the grounds; EXFAIR handles transport, hall delivery, empties storage during the fair and return transport.
Stand approval: single-storey standard stands up to the usual hall build height generally do not require approval; taller structures, two-storey stands, rigging and special constructions must be submitted to the organiser in advance with dimensioned drawings. EXFAIR prepares the documents and coordinates them with Deutsche Messe Hannover. The current Technical Guidelines of Deutsche Messe Hannover apply.
Stand construction at leading trade fairs costs no more than at regional fairs – space rental, ancillary costs and hotels are what cost more. As a guide for planning, graphics, transport, set-up and dismantling (excluding space rental and the organiser's ancillary costs): system stand 9–12 m² from €3,500, system stand 30 m² €9,000–13,500, system-based custom solution 50 m² €15,000–30,000, custom build 100 m² €60,000–100,000. You can find the space rental in the organiser's space calculator at www.euroblech.com. All details and three worked examples are in our guide How much does an exhibition stand cost?.
