LED exhibition stand refers to a trade fair stand whose core design is based on LED lighting technology — through illuminated walls (SEG systems), backlit logos, illuminated counters or dynamic RGB installations. LED exhibition stands use significantly less energy than halogen lighting and are designed for modular reuse across multiple deployments.

Costs and lead time
An SEG lightbox as the back wall of a system stand is included in EXFAIR system stands from €3,500 net; freestanding lightboxes, illuminated counters and backlit logos are quoted by area and technology. Because frames and LED technology are reusable, only the fabric print is renewed for subsequent fairs – €300–800 per graphics change. Lead time: 8 weeks for standard formats, 12 weeks for special formats and RGB controls. We order the power supply for LED walls from the organiser on your behalf.
Who an LED stand is right for
Brands with strong imagery, and exhibitors in darker hall areas or on inline stands that need to be visible from the aisle. Directed light on products and homogeneous illuminated surfaces are the most effective lever for attention per euro invested.
