From LED spots and lightboxes to ambient lighting: professional lighting design for trade fairs
Exhibition stand lighting is an important — and often underestimated — factor for a successful trade fair appearance: light draws attention from the aisle, stages products and creates zones where visitors like to linger. EXFAIR develops individual lighting concepts based on energy-efficient LED technology that uses significantly less energy than conventional halogen lighting.
EXFAIR lighting concepts include: directed LED spotlights for product accentuation (colour temperature 2,700–6,500 K adjustable), large-format illuminated walls (SEG/Lightbox up to 30 sqm), backlit logos and lettering, ambient lighting for comfortable conversation zones, and colour-dynamic RGB systems for special light effects.
All lighting components are modular, reusable and can be reconfigured for each new trade fair deployment. EXFAIR handles concept development, delivery, installation and fine-tuning — so your stand is properly lit when the fair opens.

Costs and lead time
Standard lighting – LED spotlights on the back wall and counter – is included in EXFAIR system stands from €3,500 net. Extended lighting concepts with product spots, lightboxes, ambient strips or RGB control are quoted by area and technology; fixtures and controls remain your property or are rented and can be reused at subsequent fairs. We order the power connection from the organiser. Lead time: 8 weeks, 10–12 weeks for ceiling suspensions with lighting.

Any stand with products that need to be seen – machinery, medical technology, food, design – and stands in dark hall zones or with meeting areas that need a different lighting mood from the presentation area.
